SCOAP (Salisbury Community Organisation Against Poverty Inc) is a Salisbury based group of individuals representing a number of agencies who work in the area. All members of SCOAP have a genuine interest in supporting and working with the local Salisbury community
SCOAP administers a No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS®) in Salisbury and also administers the Salisbury Emergency Relief Fund (SERF).
